How do I return an item?

Exchange Policy:
Please be sure of sizing when placing an order, and do not hesitate to email or call our toll-free number with any questions regarding fitting and sizing. We have been fitting car seat covers and slippers for 30 years, so we can likely offer helpful suggestions!
We are pleased to offer product exchanges provided that we are notified within 30 days of the original purchase date. And we are happy to extend this offer to 60 days between November - January for Holiday gift exchanges.
Customers are responsible for two way shipping costs on product exchanges.
*If by our mistake an incorrect item or size is shipped and your order is not 100% complete, then we will pay for all of the exchange costs incurred by our error, and or course apologize for the inconvenience.

Return / Refund Policy:
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed and issued only after we have received the returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking.
Returns of non-defective products which qualified for 'Free Shipping' will be refunded less our outbound shipping costs.

We can only accept returns of Wool Bedding products if the item is unused and still in it's original packaging.

*USA clients: please note that exchanges and returns must be sent via the US Postal Service and marked "return to sender". Please do not ship with a courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)

Sheepskin is a natural product. Slight irregularities and variations may occur in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of natural sheepskin products and add to the authenticity and character of our products.
